Eligibility for returns
- Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number / confirmation email) is required.
Non-returnable items
- Sale / clearance items (unless required by law).
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering not caused by us.
- Gift cards and downloadable/digital products (if applicable).
How to request a return
- Email us at support@shebloomco.com. with your order number and the reason for return.
- If approved, we will send return instructions and the return address.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times can vary by bank/provider).
- Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (wrong/damaged item).
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be available for different sizes/colors, subject to stock.
- If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund (once the return is approved).
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- If your order arrives damaged/defective/incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist faster.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost when the issue is confirmed.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped yet. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@shebloomco.com.
